P’sghetti’s is Founded
On July 7, 1987, Bill and Colleen Brannan opened the first P'sghetti's at 5540 S. Lindbergh with two simple goals: providing quality food at affordable prices and offering outstanding customer service.
The name came from the way their son Michael pronounced "spaghetti" as a child, setting the tone for a family-friendly restaurant from the very beginning.

Becoming a South County Staple
What began as a small, primarily carryout restaurant grew into a South County favorite. Families returned for generous portions, homemade red sauce and sandwiches served on P'sghetti's signature sweet bread, baked fresh every day.
Through it all, the focus remained the same: familiar food, a great value and welcoming service that made guests feel at home.
2010
P'sghetti's Comes to Glendale
After more than two decades in South County, the Brannan family opened a P'sghetti's in Glendale, bringing its familiar menu and family-focused approach to a new St. Louis community.
Led by the family's second generation, the Glendale restaurant marked an important new chapter while staying true to the recipes and values that built the original.
A New Home in Valley Park
Following its years in Glendale, the Brannan family made a location shift to Valley Park, choosing a new home better aligned with P'sghetti's strong carryout and catering business.
The Valley Park restaurant opened in January 2019 and continues serving longtime guests while introducing P'sghetti's to new families throughout the area.

Room to Grow on Lindbergh
After 37 years at its original South County address, P'sghetti's relocated its flagship just down the road to a larger building at 5447 S. Lindbergh.
The expanded restaurant provided a larger kitchen and more dining space, supporting the growing demand for dine-in, carryout and catering while keeping P'sghetti's close to the community where it all began.
P'sghetti's Comes to Crystal City
In March 2025, P'sghetti's opened its Crystal City restaurant, bringing the Brannan family's longtime recipes, value and welcoming service to the Twin Cities community and surrounding areas.
The new location expanded the P'sghetti's family while carrying forward the same commitment to quality food and outstanding service established in 1987.

Still Family-Owned. Still Local.
Decades later, P'sghetti's remains family-owned and proudly local. Today, three locations serve generations of families through dine-in meals, carryout nights, online ordering and catered gatherings.
The Brannan family continues working alongside its dedicated team, using the same recipes and care that started it all.
